Sam can work some magic! I am a 54 year old active and have women with hip/SI joint issues which have made activities difficult for me. I am a nurse (on a busy unit), mom of 5 and started taking golf lessons 2 months ago and LOVE IT.....except at the beginning I had a difficult time because of my pain. HOWEVER, seeing SAM right before my lessons (the past few times) has made such a difference! My golf swing is improving with less pain and the ability of being more flexible with my body! THANKS SAM!!!!
