I began my studies in 1999, when i attended the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training program in Woodbourne, NY.

Since then, I have furthered my studies and included Ayurveda and later Massage Therapy to my education. I obtained my Massage License in 2011 and have since furthered my studies to include Thai Massage, further studies in Yoga and Energy classes, studying in Canada, Bahamas and California. 

I have strong intuitive abilities and a sensitive touch, which I bring to every session, drawing from my knowledge of Swedish, Thai Massage and Yoga, employing techniques from these modalities, giving you a unique experience. 

My sessions employ varying amounts of pressure, from light to deep, so that each area of stress and tension is given the right focus and attention.
