BACKGROUND and TECHNIQUES:

Stephanie is a LMT (licensed massage therapist) in the state of New Jersey, a RYT-200 yoga instructor, and reiki practitioner. She graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine and is certified in Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Medical Massage, Geriatric Massage, Sports Massage, Pre-natal/peri-natal massage, Chair Massage, Foot Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Cupping, Gua Sha (IASTM), and is a certified DeepFeet Bar Therapy Ashiatsu and DeepFeet Sarga Silks provider. 

Stephanie completed her 200- RYT teacher training at Soul Power yoga and enjoys practicing and sharing vinyasa yoga. She pursued becoming a yoga teacher as a way to deepen her own practice while supporting clients on and off the massage table. She is also a Level II Reiki practitioner and delights in discovering how intuitive we all are when we allow our natural energy to flow.

HEALING PHILOSOPHY:

Stephanie is dedicated to engineering a conscious and joyful life. She loves working with her hands and is passionate about utilizing them to create beautiful things and experiences. Inspired by her own wellness journey, she is motivated to provide mindful, holistic, and therapeutic support to others. Her approach to massage and bodywork is to tap into her creativity and to deeply listen to the client’s needs - each session is like a blank canvas; an opportunity for a one-of-a-kind individualized healing experience. 

Stephanie believes we are all unique and differently-abled and that we are all worthy of well-being, care, and compassion. She specializes in serving clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or suffering from chronic pain. She has experience with advanced senior clientele, individuals who are unfamiliar with therapeutic touch, persons who are transitioning, individuals who have experienced assault and/or domestic abuse, and for those who have or have had body and/or body-image sensitivities. Stephanie believes EVERY client deserves to feel safe, secure, and comfortable at all times.
