Oh my gosh. Where do I start! Super friendly, helpful, understanding. I don’t feel like I’ve ever had anyone that’s truly listened when I’ve talked about my skin and the problems I’ve had. But I felt like Annie really heard me and was very willing to find solutions to help me. It was also nice just to talk about life and things we enjoy. I will definitely be returning :)

Annie is very friendly, but not overly so. She always provides me with a stellar spa experience. Plus, my eyebrows are perfectly shaped! I finally found someone I trust completely to shape my brows!
