A session with Jen is a true healing experience. She holds the intention that you have all the resources within you to heal, and then she uses her breadth and depth of skills to facilitate healing. The BCST work is gentle yet incredibly powerful. It's nice to be in an environment where healing is not forced in any way. Her presence is amazing, and I feel held, nurtured and appreciated for who I am after a session with her.
