I've learned alot of modalities including Myoskeletal and Thai massage etc. but my favorite is Therapeutic, Sports, and Deep tissue massage. I walked in carrying stress like it was a full-time job and walked out wondering if I’d ever been relaxed before in my life. Her hands are basically ordained. She didn’t just massage my muscles—she whispered peace into my nervous system. I don’t know what sorcery she used, but I’m pretty sure I briefly left my body. I was worried I’d feel terribly sore the next day but I don’t. I feel the work she did but I also feel so much less tense. If you’re on the fence, let me shove you gently over to the side of healing. Book the massage.

She was able to get into my back and no is ever able to touch my back I have disk degeneration disease and arthritis in my lower back and she was the absolutely most amazing job
