After working in the fitness industry for years, I came to appreciate the benefits of massage therapy as part of a comprehensive wellness program after sustaining injuries. I'm glad I went and try Cody out. His techniques were amazing. I definitely feel refreshed and re-energized after the session. I'm glad he incorporated stretches because I don't stretch at all. Would definitely go back.
