Ana founded Trifecta Sports Therapy in 2014 and has been a licensed massage therapist for four years and a certified athletic trainer for fourteen years. Prior to founding Trifecta Sports Therapy, she worked at Louisiana State University as and associate athletic trainer with the LSU Women’s Softball Team. Her role with the team was the treatment, evaluation, and rehabilitation of all athletic and non athletic injuries. Injury prevention protocols and maintenance routines were also a crucial component of her role on the staff. Ana now focuses her time at Trifecta Sports Therapy, but maintains her collegiate status as a contracted therapist for the LSU student Athletes.
Here at Trifecta, her clientele range from high school, collegiate, professional, weekend warriors, and just regular fitness enthusiasts. She is referred many clients from both physicians and therapists in town to treat injuries that are orthopedic in nature. She currently works a lot with the running, triathlon and fitness community. Her bodywork style is a mix of deep structural tissue mobilization combined with fascial stretching therapy. She understands the demands put on the body with training and how to help aid in the prevention, recovery and maintenance process.
Her mission is to help the community maintain their fitness, flexibility, and whole body wellness. She provides a warm and healing environment to help everyone of all fitness levels find the “athlete within”.
