What attracted me to a career in massage, simply because in my life as an athlete having a massage is one of the most essential tools to my healing and recovery process. Although, I currently work inside of a Spa, the wears and tears the average person endures to their body is sometimes the equivalence to the work an athlete puts in to train. In 2009, I attended Anthem College, where I learned from some awesome instructors the art of Massage and Bodywork. I attempted and passed the National Certification for Massage Professionals Exam in 2010 and am currently working towards new certifications in alternative forms of bodywork massage. 


Techniques I specialize in are ergonomic strain maintenance, relaxation massage, meditation, targeted massage/deep tissue, combination massages (firm relaxing pressure), stretches and hot stones. The issues or conditions my work help improve with are: Insomnia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Chronic Neck/Shoulder Pain, Sciatica, Digestive Issues, Lymphatic Build-Up, Muscle Spasms/Strains, Posture, Circulation, High Blood Pressure, Weight Gain, and so much more
I am available to provide massage at First Touch Spa and Salon. The address is 2952 N. Stage Plaza, 38134. It is very easy to find us as we are located behind Andy B's Bowling Alley in Bartlett and Adjacent to Bargain Hut on Stage Blvd. I can be reached at the Spa at 901-382-5620 or on my business cell at 901-410-3305. We are ALWAYS open for appointments, but you are more than encouraged to walk in during our normal business hours. 
In my free time I am a high-fashion model/spokes-person. I believe that there is power in numbers as so I am an advocate for mental freedom and community unity. I also practice in the art of meditation, as a method along with a regular massage, to ease the tensions of life. Oh, and I am a full-time mother of two beautiful daughters, and two princess pit bulls.
