Welcome to TruSolace

I’m Carrie Hartranft, LMT, proud owner and operator of TruSolace, LLC. Since opening my doors in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire in 2004, TruSolace has been dedicated to providing some of the most effective therapeutic massage available. Today, I’m honored to continue that mission here in Huntsville, Alabama, where I bring more than 30 years of professional experience as a licensed massage therapist.

My approach is deeply personal—I believe every body tells a different story, and each massage should be uniquely tailored. Over the years, I’ve specialized in blending both therapeutic and relaxation techniques, offering a range of customized treatments including:

Myofascial Release / Myofascial Swedish

Medi-Cupping

Trigger Point Therapy

Orthopedic Massage

Pre-Natal / Pregnancy Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and more

I graduated from the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in 1994 and the Jack Meagher Institute for Equine Sports Massage in 1996. Since then, I’ve completed more than 1,200 hours of continuing education to ensure every session reflects the highest quality, results-oriented bodywork available.

Collaboration is at the heart of my practice. I regularly work with some of the area’s best chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, and physicians to support whole-body wellness for my clients.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll often find me outdoors—whether it’s with my horse Bruno, skiing (not so much in AL), hiking, or simply enjoying time with my husband David, our kids Addison and Lukas, and friends.

At TruSolace, my goal is simple: to create a space where you can relax, restore, and reconnect with your best self. I look forward to welcoming you soon.
