I strive to facilitate whole body balance within a treatment session using a mixture of modalities including massage, craniosacral therapy, and acupressure. I am excited to be a student of Manual Osteopathy Therapy to add further balancing techniques to aid my clients in improving their whole body health, which include OsteoArticulations, Advanced Myofascial Release, and Visceral Manipulation.

Brenda is fantastic! Often I don't notice my lack of mobility until after she works on me, and I remember how good I can feel, and also I'm able to self adjust again. I really appreciate how skilled she is at what she does, and also that she continues adding to her education on an ongoing basis!
