Cassie is fantastic. She always takes a couple minutes at the start of every session to check in with you; Discussing trouble areas to focus on or to avoid. At the end of every session she has suggestions for pain relief or stretching to use between appointments.

Cassie has been super helpful with keeping my migraines under control. She targets the areas I need most at each visit. She's always flexible with being able to fit me into her schedule if I need an appointment. I've tried several massage therapists over the years and she is by far the most helpful for my headaches.
