I’m a first time pregnant mama and got my first prenatal massage by Cassie! Also, my first professional massage! I remember before I booked 60 minutes thinking that would be too long, but the massage was absolutely incredible and she made me feel so comfortable! She checked in about pressure, helped me adjust as needed for comfortability and the massage itself was perfect! I will continue getting massages by her without a doubt because I feel she brings so much knowledge, skill, attention and care to the session! Thank you Cassie!!!

Explained areas I need to keep an eye on. Stretches that will help keep the muscles from knotting up. She understood the physicality of my job and she could tell the areas I struggle with.

Cassie takes the time to explain the different muscles and areas needing attention. If you have a PT issue, she gives you information to bring back to your PT, if you want a relaxing session, that's what you'll get, if you need "pampering," you'll feel pampered. Cassie hears what you need!
