A graduate of the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington DC, Kristen Kloostra has over 25 years of experience covering a full spectrum of massage and holistic healing modalities, including recent Thai Yoga Massage training in India. She is also a Reiki Master, and an international teacher of A Course in Miracles, the illuminate masterpiece for the healing and enlightenment of humanity.

Kristen’s bodywork specialties include: Therapeutic/Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Foot and Hand Reflexology, Acupressure, Aromatherapy (Essential Oil Therapy) and Healing Touch/Reiki.

Her approach to massage and healing work is intuitive and multidimensional. Every session is customized to meet the unique needs of each client, addressing whatever issues may be present with a heightened energetic awareness, which brings a deep sense of wholeness and integration. Through the art of healing touch, Kristen helps to shift awareness so pain is released and proper energy flow, circulation and perspective are restored. Peace, joy and healing come naturally along with surprising resolutions that often occur spontaneously in the mind, body and spirit, extending into all aspects of life.

Kristen received her Yoga Instructor Certification (Yoga Alliance 200 hours) in 2010 at the Sivananda Ashram and Yoga Retreat in Paradise Island, Bahamas, and has since continued her education in a broad spectrum of yoga and meditation styles and lineages from other centers in USA and ashrams in India including: Kriya Yoga, I Am-Integrated Meditation & Yoga, Vipassana meditation and Breathwork facilitator training.
