Hello, my name is Riley Trebing. I work as a licensed massage therapist in Bangor, ME and am also a group fitness instructor at a local YMCA. Helping others become a better, healthier & more balanced version of themselves is truly my passion. There's nothing better than fresh air and a little bit of sunshine! I also enjoy baking and recreating recipes into a healthier version ( I have a terrible sweet tooth).
