Nick has also been trained in the use of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy as well as Reflexology by Amy Clarke, the owner of Anam Cara Apothecary in Frederick MD. Nick is currently studying Chinese Herbalism at the Maryland University of Integrative Health. He teaches Yoga weekly, emphasizing the alignment of Body, Mind, and Spirit through a variety of yogic techniques, including Asana, Pranayama, Visualization, Kriya Yoga, and Meditation.
