I am a graduate of the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) and I presently hold a license to practice massage in the State of Maryland.  I also studied for nine months at the Baltimore School Of Massage (BSOM). 

In 2014, I was featured and acknowledged in Vital Magazine for holistic health education, sucessful enterprenuers and powerful women to pay attention to in the State of Maryland.

During my academic pursuit, I have been exposed to many popular modalities which includes but are not limited to:  Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular “trigger point” techniques, craniosacral, hydrotherapy, movement and structure, shiatsu, and sports massage to name a few. 

These skills have provided a rich understanding and comprehensive ability to provide injury treatment, pain management, and other medically indicated massage treatments in addition to general relaxation. 

Other holistic trainings and exposure (obtained specifically through the CCBC) include:  Tuina, Ayurveda, Traditional Thai, Lomi Lomi, Zero Balancing, Manual Lymph Drainage, Pregnancy, Oncology, Geriatric and Infant massage. I am skilled in wellness massage related to stress management, client education, and health maintenance. Additionally, I am certified in Dry Cupping Therapy, Table Thai Massage, Thai Herbal Ball Massage as well as Infant Massage.
