Dawn is a state certified, Licensed Massage Therapist, Shiatsu (Acupressure) Therapist, and Reiki Master. In practice since 2003, Dawn approaches bodywork with a deep understanding of our mind body connection and a strong intuitive awareness. Guided by releasing the learned and held patterns of tension within the body, Dawn strives to help you find a greater sense of ease both physically and mentally. Through the integration of various modalities: deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, zero balancing, acupressure, aromatherapy, and reiki, Dawn is able to provide gentle, focused, supportive bodywork that provides relief from the symptoms of stress, anxiety and/or depression, chronic fatigue and pain, and auto-immune conditions.

Dawn graduated from The Baltimore School of Massage in 2002, with a concentration in Shiatsu and Asian Bodywork – Acupressure and Thai Massage. She is a trained Yoga teacher 200 level. In addition, she holds a MA in Mental Health Counseling from Goddard College.
