After discovering modalities that she could use on herself to relieve trauma and stress, she saw the overwhelming goodness that could be shared with the world. Since January 2018 Lauren has been developing her intuitive nature and empathic skills. She combines Reiki with aura cleansing and Chakra balancing to create a serene and clear environment in her client’s head and body. This helps to get to the root of the trauma or stress that the client is experiencing. She believes in a holistic way of healing that will leave you feeling full and loving life more than you ever have before. Lauren's energy healing sessions consist of breathwork, meditation, and sound healing which are all tailored specifically to the client.
