I am a nationally and state licensed massage therapist in Baltimore, Maryland, specializing in prenatal and integrative therapeutic massage. As the owner/operator of Claire Taylor Wellness, my goal is to empower my clients to take control of their own health and wellness by offering detailed, but accessible stress management and wellness solutions. With additional certifications in infant massage, hot stone massage and cupping, as well as study in maternal wellness and postural awareness, and relaxation techniques like guided meditation, diaphragmatic breathing and progressive muscle relaxation, I am proud to offer a wide-range of techniques to cater to each client's individual therapeutic needs.

My personal approach to wellness is focused on making time for the people I love, valuing my strengths and accepting my weakness and running as regularly as possible.

When I'm not working or running, I love to read, watch movies I've already seen a hundred times, and try out the new restaurants that keep popping up all over Baltimore City.

Running Coach

In an effort to share my love of running and promote the physical and mental health benefits of a regular running practice, I spent three seasons as a coach for the Ulman Cancer Fund’s Cancer to 5k Program, helping train cancer survivors and patients to run a 5k.
