As a great lover of sports, fitness and wellness, K.G. has been an advocate for the human body and its inner-workings since she was a child. Being raised on the Southside of Chicago, K.G. wants nothing more than to give back to the city which has given everything to her. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Eastern Illinois University. She has also obtained her licensure and certification in Massage Therapy from Cortiva Massage Therapy Institute.
