Janet knows her stuff. She was gentle but firm and all her strokes were effective in moving my stagnant energy and reducing a deep level of tension. Rarely was the touch so strong that I had to brace myself. The massage just flowed and my needs were met. The spots that needed extra attention got it without me having to say a word. Janet guided my breathe perfectly and was able to go deeper without putting me in pain. Lovely ambiance, clean, fresh and well decorated for Christmas. Will be returning.
