I'm a manual therapist with an intense passion for massage and bodywork, movement, fitness, and overall wellness. The ability to help others find more balance, freedom, and mobility in their bodies so they can move better, heal faster, and do more of what they love in life is truly a gift.

 I have been an equestrian athlete most of my life. The healing powers of nature inspire me. I have an insatiable love for outdoor adventures and traveling. Movement energizes me. I am inspired by all forms of art, and creativity is an outlet for me. Music is life. Coffee is my sidekick. Yoga keeps me grounded. I'm a crazy plant lady. My favorite ways to relax are on the back of a horse, hiking/running a trail, paddling a kayak, or burying my face in a book. The golden hour before sunset is my favorite part of each day. I believe that just being is beautiful.
