I have been on a journey to educate and cultivate myself in various modalities and forms of medicine regarding pain relief and enhancing athletic performance. My experience of following a Traditional Acupressure Master for 10 years. I am a former athlete who traveled internationally to compete in races representing the United States and his dragon boat racing club. I have also studied various styles of martial arts since the age of 10 years old, which includes Karate, Kickboxing, Capoeira, Internal Chinese Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Pekiti Tirsia Kali. I also have a movement background in performing for his communities. Therefore, I understand the lives of High-Performance Individuals and their tenacious discipline for training and growth. In addition, I also understand the limitations and difficulties of living with pain, which is part of the process. This has lead me to learned and explored various healing methods to address. I have spent most of my undergraduate years as a healthcare and science research major. Presently, I have obtained my Massage Therapy License and am also in pursuit of obtaining a license for Traditional Oriental Medicine. Throughout my current education, I have tutored for the Massage Therapy & Masters of Traditional Oriental Medicine programs for the prestigious Pacific College of Health & Science. In addition, I was personally appointed to be the Teacher Assistant to the Director of the Massage Therapy Department. This is due to my ability to combine Eastern and Western Massage theories and techniques, which me to facilitate pain relief in a modern and unique way using ancient healing techniques.
