It took me a while to write this because I was so overwhelmed with everything I wanted to share. Imagine the perfect massage. This was better. Every detail from the warm greeting, the space, sounds, aroma and intentional expertise were so thoughtful.
I’ve been dealing with years of chronic pain and stressors that left me nearly hopeless and dissociated from my body. I’ve seen many specialists who now I feel were playing with me. Sharlene restored my hope and allowed me to have faith in my body again. Her body work technique is unmatched.
First, the space is beautiful. The massage room is so grounding the second you walk in. Lovely jazzy spa music. Thick comfy warm fresh linens. Dedicated spaces for belongings. I prefer deep pressure which is her default, yet she is incredibly accommodating in more sensitive areas. She was extremely knowledgeable in multiple techniques and my custom needs. I truly know continuing to see her will significantly enhance my quality of life. Sharlene is so gifted and such a blessing. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
