My work lives at the junction of spirituality and psychology, and the soma is my navigation tool therein.  Early in my healing journey, I researched and studied these domains separately but in time found that they were, in fact, intricately interconnected; together functioning as one beautifully complex system.  Further down that path, as I worked my way back through the body, into the mind and out to the spirit, there was a deeper discovery...a knowing...a remembrance really...of universal truth: Ultimately, all that ever was, is and will be emerges from the same benevolent source; a greater, loving, unified One.  I came to understand that the most pervasive, yet unrealized issue facing humanity is the belief in separation and consequently, individualism.  I believe that our inherent needs for safety, belonging and dignity shine a light on the illusion of separation and point to an innate drive to return to our true essence of unity and oneness.  Together, we will discover your own unique way through the body / mind / spirit complex to facilitate integration of the self, wholeness of being and ultimately, a restoration of unity with all.
