Ngoc Truong, LMT's specialty is trigger point therapy. Trigger points are areas in the muscle that can refer pain. Mostly using her hands,  she is able to find those tension areas and release the blockages that bother you. Gentle deep tissue is her style to addressing sore areas, but she can also apply a decent pressure, if that's your preference. She can't "fix" you, but she can help you get through the day, week, month.

Ngoc Truong has been a massage therapist since 2009; she is licensed by Florida Board of Health. She is fairly new to MassageBook, but has been working in spas such as the Fontainebleau and the Carillion. She is fully vaccinated, but will continue to wear a mask during your massage.

I am a former powerlifter and have a few skeletal and muscle issue. Ms Troung has an amazing touch; but powerful,which is what i was looking for. I am super happy with her expertise and her skillset. Will be trying to see her every couple of weeks. Thank you.

My massage was so amazing. I fell asleep and woke up revived and feeling brand new. My muscles were flooded with euphoria. I slept like a baby afterwards . Would recommend you adding Kathy to your biweekly or monthly budget . She is more than worth it . She is MAGIC
