Hi ! I have always been intrigued by the human body, fitness and rehabilitative care and that led me to pursue my Physical Therapy degree back in Romania, graduating in 2012. At the time, I would have not imagined that 5 years later I'd find myself in Colorado where I began to study and fully immerse myself into the art practice of Massage Therapy. 

I graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts' 700 Hour CMT Program in 2017. During my training, I gained valuable experience in Sports, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and Swedish massage. I've been since able to provide therapeutic touch and bodywork with a unique, individualized approach for each one of my clients. I strive to deepen my knowledge and to keep growing as a multi skilled professional who is able to create a caring, nurturing environment where people can heal and recover with ease. I am also trained in prenatal massage, hot stone and cupping therapy. 

For me, massage is such an old, beautiful, simple & natural HEALTH CARE & MAINTENANCE solution that is tremendously beneficial by itself or in conjunction with other practices. It's on us to take responsibility for our own well-being and we mustn't neglect the importance of proper nutrition, physical exercise, regular stretching, bodywork and adequate rest as key elements for a healthy, happy & mindful life.
