As a Massage Therapist and Body/Mind/Soul Practitioner for over 25 years, I am able to use my experience and skills to provide heart-centered and intentional ways to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and well-being. 


Every clients' sessions are tailored to their specific wants and needs. My intuitive nature allows me use my healing hands to hear what the body is asking; along with, achieving the clients personal goals. In doing this, I am able to use an integrative approach to each session.....tapping in to the variety of modalities I have acquired through my years of training. 

The people whom have come to me, seeking out my services, have ailments such as common daily stresses, anxiety, depression, acute and chronic pain, athletic fatigue, herniated discs, joint dysfunction, TMJ, scar tissue, surgery recovery, cancer, frozen shoulder, arthritis, anorexia/bulimia, self esteem challenges, and sport injuries....and the list goes on!

After receiving a BA in Psychology and Philosophy and then graduating from a 500 hour accredited massage school, I went on to receive specialized training in Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Massage. I am also a Certified Reflexologist. I have had further training, over the years, in Thai Massage, Sports Massage, Reiki, Aromatherapy, PreNatal Massage, Cupping, Foam Roller Therapy, Chair Massage, CranioSacral Massage, Pet Massage, and Swedish Massage. 

My goal is to provide outstanding service, professionalism, and healing. I am passionate about my work and believe I will forever be exploring, learning, and giving my heart to my work in body/mind/spirit healing and growth.
