In 2014 I graduated from National Holistic Institute in San Jose, California after completion of a 950 hour comprehensive Massage Therapy and Health Educator Training Program. Trained to be proficient in Western massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, Foot Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage, as well as Eastern modalities, including Shiatsu, Thai Massage and Energy Massage.
In 2015 I graduated from College of Health Care Professions in Austin, Texas upon completion of a 750 hour curriculum consisted of knowledge in Psychology of Sport, Wellness and Nutrition, Functional Kinesiology, Anatomy & Physiology of Movement, Physiology of Exercise, Anatomy & Physiology of Form & Function, Program Design, Training Concepts and Career Development.
