She is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai, Prenatal, Cupping, Hot Stones, Sarga (deep foot massage technique) Reflexology, Body Wraps, Foot Scrubs, and Chair Massage. She also offers Travel Massage for all massage modalities. Whether you need a massage in your home, office, or just to surprise a friend for their birthday or bachelorette party, she comes prepared for any setting. All her massage sessions include complimentary hot towels, essential oils, foot massage and face and scalp massage.

Tara is very friendly and has a lovely peaceful space. She listens to my muscles w her hands and works out the kinks to the degree that is needed and that I can feel comfortable with. She can work deeply, or if you’re more tender, find ways to work more gently.
