I entered massage therapy after having earned both BS and MS degrees and spending 7 years as a trainer and consultant. Helping others live an optimal life has been the mission of my healing work, whether I am working with competitive athletes or patients in hospitals and assisted living facilities.


It is rare in this industry to find "lifers" who have not only put in the years, but who have expanded and honed their skill sets to provide an intuitive, even empathic reading of the body...and then to "answer" the body according to its needs, utilizing extensive education, experience, and familiarity with the countless nuances of pain.

When I am not taking care of humans, I can be found in the company of canines. My Springer Spaniels Scholar and Oxford rule my world, even though Scholar now runs the show from Heaven. I am also an artist and writer, and give my extra time whenever possible to animal rescue and advocacy. Saturdays during the Fall are devoted to Notre Dame football. Love my blue and gold!
