I am a Licensed Massage Therapist whose focus is YOU the client. As well as having my LMT I am also a paramedic and was with a 911 EMS system for 17 years. Recently I obtained my Personal Trainer to further my understanding of the human body and musculoskeletal system on a Kinesiology level.

My passion for seeing people healthy, happy, and living their fullest life brought me to this point. Over the years as a paramedic I suffered multiple injuries which resulted in surgeries. I was nearly bed bound for 10 months after one of the injuries. This was a changing point for me. I came to realize that areas of my body were telling me through pain, stiffness, loss of flexibility and decreased range of motion that I was setting myself up for injury. I ignored it and convinced myself I didn't have time, it would go away. This led to the first 2 of 7 herniation’s. Now with 2 levels fused and a nerve stimulator I found that through fitness and frequent massage my body is able to move and perform better than prior to my injuries.

I know personally the true benefits physically, emotionally, and mentally that receiving frequent massages have to offer. But, the most important factor is your therapist full attention to your needs. Each of my massage session is tailored to the needs of the client.
