Key components of my therapy sessions are combining my keen interest in people with a deep listening practice. I build each treatment session to meet each clients individual needs. My goal is to help you breathe again by kneading the muscles, which allows the circulation of blood and oxygen to flow through the body. 
By combining multiple massage techniques, which include: Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Cranial Sacral, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Russian, Reflexology, Hydro-therapy, Movement and Structure Assessments, I can help with physical movement, headaches, joint pain, fibromyalgia, self-esteem, mood swings, anxiety and so much more.

I've been employed by Envy for 8 years, 6 of which I have been the most requested therapist. During my employment with Massage Envy, I have had the following Certifications: Prenatal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Self-Care, Communication, Introduction to Issues of Massage for Clients with Cancer, Total Body Stretch, Annual Massage Therapist training, Percussion Enhancement. In order to provide my clients with the best treatment, I listen to my clients bodies as well as what they say. Communication is the key to a happy client. Through touch and the proper amount of pressure, I work to relieve dis-ease of the mind, body and spirit. I have assisted with training new therapist by receiving practical massage and providing feedback on proper draping, communication and massage techniques.
