This was a Mother's Day gift for our mother who isn't keen on being touched by strangers, but was in desperate need of a massage. Joseph made her feel very comfortable. She was very happy with his work.

I loved that Joseph gave me a super thorough examination/consultation before the massage even began. He noticed things I forgot to point out and explained why I felt certain things in certain places. He then addressed all my issues, and I felt amazing and centered afterward.

The massage was great and my body felt more aligned afterwards.
It was nice to get some advice about posture and how to help with some chronic soreness I've had. I would love to go back soon to get some problem areas loosen up some more.

Joseph gives what I call a "therapeutic" massage. It feels good while he's working on you and your body moves much better afterwards. He loosens tight muscles from the source which means joints and muscles move more freely; therefore, providing longer lasting results. He also works with you on at-home exercises to improve posture and change bad habits.
