I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas (license #MT119924) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hour) with the Yoga Alliance. I have CEUs in myofascial release; most of my work is geared towards minimizing physical pain while improving range of motion through a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial release, and in some cases homework like stretching exercises.

I provide massage in Austin, Texas out of my home and sometimes outcalls.
