Relaxation is just a starting point for me. I plan on furthering my career by training in clinical massage therapy, Arvigo, lymphatic drainage, and Ashiatsu.
In addition to massage, I practice non-violent ( and other forms of intentional communication ), acro-yoga, and Egoscue ( as a participant ). I'm deeply interested in health and fitness, and often cycle around Shoal Creek and Ladybird Lake areas. Occasionally, I climb in the Greenbelt area.
