I found my way into the wellness world after many years of feeling disconnected from myself and my body. I started my journey at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2012 where I studied yoga teaching, hypnotherapy, and life coaching. After a time of healing and growing through what I learned, I studied bodywork amongst the healing red rocks at the Sedona School of Massage. There I found a renewed appreciation for the body and how truly remarkable it is. I believe in the healing power of touch and how it can shift our physical, mental and emotional states and bring us back home to ourselves.

Frankie is a thorough and thoughtful massage therapist. She checked often to see if the pressure was comfortable and if I was comfortable. When my scapula was too bound up to fully access, she used cupping to loosen it up and it did the trick! Her work is beyond compare. I wish I lived closer so I could take advantage of her services more often!

I had a really great experience. From the moment I met Frankie I felt at ease and knew that I would be comfortable and safe. I was able to share with her freely and felt accepted and respected. She is very friendly and open without intrusion. My massage was just prefect. The stiffness in my legs, knees and thighs was relieved and I have not felt the stiffness since then two days later. It feels somewhat miraculous. I will definitely schedule again with her. So very grateful to have found her.

Frankie Rain is an amazing massage therapist & a very caring human being! She is knowledgeable in several different massage techniques and also has a great understanding of human anatomy and physiology and how the human body heals. Her vast knowledge & years of experience allows her to provide an individualized medical massage type of approach for each of her clients. Frankly, you will be blessed & thankful in choosing Frankie Rain as your massage therapist!

Frankie worked out knots that has probably been in my shoulders for months on end. She used techniques no other massage therapist has used before. She even did a follow-up conversation about what might work for me in the future, with no pressure to re-book with her (though I will definitely be using her skills again!).

Frankie was wonderful! I'm so happy I found her on Nextdoor. She really listens to your needs and works with you to help feel your best. After my massage, she recommended certain stretches to relieve tension in my problem areas. Her home is inviting and the private massage room is serene. It is comfortable, secluded, and features an en suite bathroom. I've already recommended her to tons of friends. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
