I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over a year. I attended Avenue Five Institute in Austin, where I became skilled in many different techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage. I am also trained in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, and energy work.
