Health drives me

I attended school at Texas State University studying Exercise Science and Dietetics. Worked as a self-employed Personal Trainer while getting through school. I practice yoga and go to CrossFit daily and race as a triathlete in my spare time. I like to incorporate elements from these pieces of my lifestyle into my practice to give my clients something unique with each session and help them continually learn more about their body and how to improve.

Chris targeted all of the areas I needed work on by stretching and the perfect amount of pressure when massaging. As a 42 year old breakdancer, he is definitely helping me stay active with the younger talent.

I know for clients it's all about what "we" prefer and sometimes the therapist and the client are not a good match. Chris's skill was good, but he lacked any personality, attention, and connection with me, the client. Again, for some clients who prefer absent hands in a massage, he would be a good fit. For those of us who prefer to use the energy of the "person" in the massage to help release tension, Chris is not your guy.

Christopher is excellent! He pays attention to specific spots that you may not even know are in knead of extra attention! I felt relaxed and enjoyed the session. The ambiance of the room helps create an atmosphere of relaxation and calm. Ill be coming back to Christopher regularly, as I found myself able to recovery quicker from my regular CrossFit exercises! Recommend to anyone in need of quicker muscle recovery!
