I incorporate a number of manual therapies and technologies in my practice to offer you the best treatment possible. While I do use my hands in much of my work, this is not massage therapy- rather; it is a manual integrative approach that will facilitate your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. I find the most powerful results come from a collaborative approach so I’ll work closely with you to find the combination of modalities that will work best for you.
