She is also knowledgable in trigger point, sports, structural integration, as well as pre-natal massage therapy. Breann believes that many physical ailments can be improved or healed through natural remedies including but not limited to massage therapy, yoga, exercise, and stretching. In the future, she plans to get her certification in yoga, as well as continue to learn new modalities to be able to offer her clients more options. Her other passions in life are hiking, yoga, traveling, going to see live music, running, lifting weights, and spending time with her pups, family, and friends.
