She is also knowledgable in trigger point, sports, structural integration, as well as pre-natal massage therapy. Breann believes that many physical ailments can be improved or healed through natural remedies including but not limited to massage therapy, yoga, exercise, and stretching. In the future, she plans to get her certification in yoga, as well as continue to learn new modalities to be able to offer her clients more options. Her other passions in life are hiking, yoga, traveling, going to see live music, running, lifting weights, and spending time with her pups, family, and friends.

Breann was warm and welcoming. I came in feeling very tight in my shoulders and lower back. She really got in there and addressed my issues! It’s only been a day, but I already feel less tension and pain, and I have an increased range of motion. I had also mentioned that I had a headache and she made that melt away, massaging my scalp, neck, and jaw. I will absolutely be back and recommend her to any friends looking for a thoughtful and kind practitioner who can work magic on aching muscles.
