Frances attended Lausterstein-Conway Massage School.  She has three years of experience in professional massage.  Has completed 500 hours of education, hands on training, internship, including 200 hours of continuing education and certification credits.  her professional training included therapeutic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, and cranial- sacral bodywork.

Frances chose to become a massage therapist because she loves helping people,  she also believes that massage can help people relax their mind and body, reduces stress levels, helps discomforts and promotes better health.

She has a certificate in Child Care and have worked as an elementary school substitute teacher, I have been an adult volunteer in both Cub and Boy Scouts and was a team manager for my children's soccer teams.

When I am not massaging I like to spend time with my family.
