Carrie is an exceptional therapist. I have been suffering with chronic pain due to spine issues and migraines. Carrie listens to your concerns and is really in tune with what your body needs each session. She is helping me more than any other therapist or treatment I've had and there have been many!!

Carrie is amazing and skillful. It's just as simple as that. Most massage therapists will give you a massage and send you on your way. But Carrie takes time to listen to you. On two occasions she pointed out that the pain I was feeling might be related to an area that I didn't even think about. And her recommendations were spot on. I've come to trust Carrie's expertise and her method. She's good.

WOW!!!!! Carrie is amazing. Took my 19 year old dachsund mix because she was having trouble walking. Carrie was so gentle and patient with my dog. And, best of all, now she's acting like a puppy again. All of her pain and loss of motion are gone!

As an experienced runner and RN, I spend a lot of miles and time on my feet. I have worked with Carrie now for 3 sessions and have had great relief of ongoing hamstring pain that has literally slowed me down for over a year. I tried foam rolling and other massages but nothing beat the relief Carrie was able to help me to achieve through myofascial release. I have noticed longer strides with my running and less back pain with better posture. Carrie even gave me exercises to complete at home to work on my calf muscles as well. I have been very impressed by the symptom relief as well as Carrie as a professional. As a health care provider, I feel I have high standards for professionalism and symptom management and Carrie has greatly impressed me in all fields. Her background as a PT makes me confident in her for the treatment of my musculoskeletal issues and her compassion to help her clients achieve relief is so evident.

Carrie was so intuitive about my body, and the session was very peaceful and relaxing. I am very impressed and would love to return.

Carrie does an awesome job of finding my problem areas and giving me relief from pain & muscle tightness. I also truly feel improved posture after a treatment session with her.

Carrie has delivered immediate relief to some of my pain areas, ie. lower back. She also helped me with suggesting self-help measures that are also alleviating some of the health issues.
