I believe an individualized plan to care for each person that enters my office is the most effective way to assure goals are accomplished. Pain presents itself in the body differently for every person. Treatments are unique to each client with focus on sore areas and also the areas that are adjacent and may be contributing to the pain. A massage from me will typically be Swedish based with neuromuscular treatment.

My experience with Susan was very informative and had a positive affect on my body. We discussed my surgery and concerns, then she explained the suggested treatment(s). Throughout the treatment, she detailed the "why" and asked specific questions about the pain level and shared suggestions that I could try at home. This session was not the typical relaxation massage as it was more of a therapeutic post surgery treatment.

Susan is very knowledgeable and professional. She's done an amazing job with my lower back and muscle work overall. Would highly recommend her especially to those not seeing results from physical therapy. She's amazing!!

Well worth the money. I hurt a bit later in the day. But I feel like a new person today. Just one day after the massage. Awesome experience, amazing rewards in how you feel one day later.
