I believe an individualized plan to care for each person that enters my office is the most effective way to assure goals are accomplished. Pain presents itself in the body differently for every person. Treatments are unique to each client with focus on sore areas and also the areas that are adjacent and may be contributing to the pain. A massage from me will typically be Swedish based with neuromuscular treatment.

Susan is a spiritual woman who's God's given gift, is very apparent. When I walk into the room where the massage will take place, it is like walking into a different world. It's peaceful, even serene. (Something difficult to find these days). The massage itself is amazing, you'd have to experience it for yourself to reslly understand. Susan is always very professional, yet you can tell that she Sincerely cares about your well-being. I am so grateful to have met Susan & I am excited to be "working" with her towards my healthier self. ❤️

Neuromuscular therapy is not the bougie massage of a spa day. For me it has measurably increased my healing time of my broken shoulder. Susan has taught me a lot about my body and what I can do to improve my posture, agility and how to reduce pain from injury. ❤️
