I believe an individualized plan to care for each person that enters my office is the most effective way to assure goals are accomplished. Pain presents itself in the body differently for every person. Treatments are unique to each client with focus on sore areas and also the areas that are adjacent and may be contributing to the pain. A massage from me will typically be Swedish based with neuromuscular treatment.

I truly believe without these treatments I would not be able to lead the productive life I have. Susan is intuitive and trained in being able to find and treat the muscle, tendon and nerve issues I am dealing with. Her suggestions for further exercises are simple and straight-forward.
