I received my massage therapy certification from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2005. I am a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and I am licensed with the State of Colorado. I have chosen Massage Therapy as my profession because I find working one-on-one with each client to be very fulfilling and rewarding. I have a kind-hearted healing nature and I am passionate about helping my clients heal and feel better – inside and out! 

My area of expertise include: Injury Massage, TMJD, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Lymphatic Balancing, MPS (multi point system), Scar Release, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Massage Cupping and SMRT (spontaneous muscle release technique). 

My mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. I am a firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind, I am a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believe in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being. I truly enjoy facilitating your personal goals towards wellness, empowerment and improvement!

I am a Colorado native and enjoy everything our beautiful state has to offer. I grew up on a farm in NE Colorado where my father still lives and farms.  I am blessed to be married to my best friend Jeff and we have two adult sons. I enjoy meditating, gardening, decorating, reading, traveling and love cruising.
