I relocated to Denver 27 years ago from the east coast, and I received my training from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in Denver. I’ve been a registered massage therapist for 27 years.

In addition to my private practice, I’ve has worked in chiropractic care and in medical massage for approximately 8 years, and as a massage instructor in Colorado for eleven years.

My training includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki and Shiatsu, with further experience in Reflexology, Acupressure and other Energetic Modalities.

I enjoy being outdoors hiking or backpacking in these great Colorado mountains. Other interests are cooking, stretching and yoga, knitting/crocheting and enjoying good books. Other treasured pursuits are coffee and tea moments with friends and going out to breakfast.
