I specialize in relieving pain with the soles of my feet.

I have been doing Massage for 22 years.  I upgraded my massage technique in 2004 by learning Ashiatsu, which enabled me to deliver the most luxurious massage with the soles of my feet.  A typical massage from me is a combination of Ashiatsu for the large muscle groups;  Deep Tissue specific work for the neck etc; Cupping for greater circulation and detoxification and Hot Stones for deep relaxation.

In 2009 I began my journey in The Rossiter System method of Connective Tissue release which evolved from Rolfing.  Rossiter resolves Repetitive Motion injuries as well as accidents, muscle pulls, postural patterns, headaches, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, knee pain etc,  quickly and effectively.

I offer Massage sessions that are 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes in length.

Rossiter sessions are 30 minutes in length.

I love doing bodywork! I love taking classes and expanding my expertise. I added using my feet (Ashiatsu) to my bodywork toolbox in 2004, which turned doing massage into a dance. And set my work apart from ordinary massage; by being able to deliver a deep, yet relaxing massage with the soles of my feet. In 2009 I heard about another modality that used feet and I jumped at the opportunity to do even more with my feet. Rossiter is what I use to keep myself out of pain; and to have greater mobility and ease of movement. Sessions are usually 30 minutes or as short as 15 minutes. My favorite session is one that combines 10-30 minutes of Rossiter, then Massage/Ashiatsu with cupping and some hot stones.
