I want to change the perception of massage... Massage doesn't have to hurt to be effective, patience is required but if you listen to the tissues the effect will be great without the painful process. I've been practicing massage since 2013. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. I am also a practicing  Herbalist. I strongly believe that the medicine of the past will also be our medicine in the future. 


The body has an innate ability to heal itself and with the right facilitator it speeds up that process, I'm confident that by working together we can come up with a treatment plan that works! Barb has so much care and dedication that comes through in her attunement to each person. She can find tightness in my body that I'm not even aware of. Her skills are extensive, successfully working on a very tight psoas muscle (that was making it hard to enjoy going for a walk) and on tight IT bands another day. Wonderful!
