I am also the owner of PrAnA Therapeutic Massage, when I am not massaging, I love spending time with my family, cooking and doing CrossFit.

Since early 2019, Ana has been my massage therapist. She is always in tune with the needs of my athletic body. I love that she is detail-oriented and works on the areas that need more attention. Because of her, I can be my best 58-year old self on the softball field, while powerlifting and while powerwalking, as well as life in general!
