Cancellation & Late Policy 

Your time and mine are both valuable. To keep things fair and respectful for everyone:

• Cancellations & No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged their full session fee, plus an additional 25%.
  • No Call/No Show: If you do not call or show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged your full session fee, plus an additional 25%.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
  • The session fee (plus 25% late fee) will still apply.
  • This ensures I can honor appointments for all clients fairly.
